Terms of payment strictly net, due and payable the 20th of the following month following

date of invoice (unless otherwise specified by Management).*

The ownership of the goods shall not pass to the Purchaser until payment in full has been made. If the Purchaser fails to make full payment on the due date, The Spirits Network Limited retains the right to terminate the sale and retake possession of its goods to the value of monies unpaid. *

The Purchaser shall provide unhindered access to the goods and indemnify The Spirits Network Limited against the loss or damage of the goods prior to payment being made. While the goods are in the Purchaser’s possession, the Purchaser is liable for any loss or damage to those goods. *

Upon assenting to these terms and conditions in writing, the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that these terms and conditions constitute security agreement for the purposes of the PPSA; and a security interest is taken in all Incidental Items previously

supplied by the Seller to the Purchaser (if any) and all Incidental Items that will be

supplied in the future by the Seller to the Purchaser.*

Unless otherwise agreed to in

writing by the Seller, the Purchaser waives its right to receive a verification statement in accordance with section 148 of the PPSA.*

Goods are not returnable unless faulty or incorrectly sent or unless prior arrangements have been made. No returns will be credited unless returned within 4 days, quoting the

invoice number against which the goods were sent.*

In terms of the Privacy Act 1993, the Purchaser irrevocably authorizes the Seller to seek and exchange information with any person, company, or agency regarding the

Purchaser’s credit rating and the Seller’s credit management and debt recovery procedures.*

All debt recovery costs and a 5% monthly interest will be added to the total amount due and will be payable by the Purchaser of goods.*
